The eBay Park North project is located on 49 acres on North First Street in San Jose. The project consisted of master planning for seven buildings and three parking structures, as well as construction documents for a five story office building. The project required elaborate storm water treatment measures and ultimately achieved a LEED rating of Gold.
The Netflix Corporate Campus Headquarters project is located on 12 acres on Winchester Boulevard in Los Gatos. The mixed-use development contained 160,000 square feet of offices over three levels of below-grade parking for Netflix. The development also included the Aventino project, which consisted of 138 apartments over below-grade parking.
Kier & Wright provided all surveying, civil engineering and construction staking for the project.
